About Ovexiq
Ovexiq is a goal-first AI productivity application. The current beta supports AI chat, mission suggestions, structured task workflows, manual run and retry actions, review and explicit acceptance of task results, and locally persisted work.
The current beta does not provide user accounts or sign-in.
Information you provide
You may provide information when using Ovexiq, including:
- Chat prompts and follow-up conversation content
- Mission goals
- Content incorporated into mission and task processing
These fields accept free-form text and may contain information you choose to enter.
Information stored locally
Ovexiq uses Isar to store the following information locally on your device:
- Conversations, messages, and conversation metadata
- Missions and task information
- Task execution records
- AI-generated task outputs and accepted outputs
- Language, theme, and other app preferences
Ovexiq does not currently configure application-level encryption for this local database. The beta does not include an in-app delete-all control. You can remove local app data through Android's Clear storage control or by uninstalling the app, subject to any backup or restoration behavior provided by Android or your device.
Off-device AI processing
AI request content is sent over the configured HTTPS connection to the Ovexiq backend gateway. The production processing path uses:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Ovexiq gateway and performs request handling, access control, and rate limiting.
- OpenAI, which processes normalized AI message content and generates responses.
Mission requests may include the mission goal, current task title and description, relevant task context, and up to three previously accepted results when needed for a later task.
A beta access token or tester identifier is sent to the Ovexiq gateway for access control and rate limiting. It is not forwarded to OpenAI as the beta token or tester identifier.
The Cloudflare Worker does not contain an Ovexiq application database or KV, D1, or R2 persistence layer. Cloudflare may still process or retain operational information according to its own services and policies.
OpenAI data handling
OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in.
OpenAI also states that abuse-monitoring logs may contain prompts, responses, or derived metadata and are generally retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is legally required.
Ovexiq sends store: false with OpenAI Responses API requests to avoid unnecessary Responses application-state storage. This does not make Ovexiq a Zero Data Retention service and does not eliminate all OpenAI processing or retention described above.
Features not present in the beta
The current beta does not implement user accounts, payments or subscriptions, advertising, analytics or attribution tracking, camera or microphone access, location or contacts access, or notifications.
Security
The verified beta uses HTTPS to reach the Ovexiq gateway. Provider API credentials remain server-side in the gateway environment, and reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect the service. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Sensitive information
Avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not necessary for your use of Ovexiq, including passwords, authentication secrets, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, or medical information.
